With the encroachments made this past decade into business software, the world has really opened up to a plethora of opportunities for businesses to exploit their competence and run to their fullest probable. One such piece of technology, which has transported about a standard shift into how businesses grow, is Marketing Automation.

In its most basic form, marketing automation is a set of tools designed to streamline and simplify some of the most time-consuming responsibilities of modern marketing and sales roles. From automating the lead qualification process to creating a hub for digital campaign creation, automation is all about simplifying a business world that is growing far too complex, much too quickly.

MarTech, which has been adopted in a big way in India, is expected to grow at a CAGR of 44% for the next five years. Today marketers are in a mad race to give their customers an excellent ‘Online / Offline experience’ and not just manage the ‘relationship’.
