With the encroachments made this past decade into business software, the world has really opened up to a plethora of opportunities for businesses to exploit their competence and run to their fullest probable. One such piece of technology, which has transported about a standard shift into how businesses grow, is Marketing Automation.
In its most basic form, marketing automation is a set of tools designed to streamline and simplify some of the most time-consuming responsibilities of modern marketing and sales roles. From automating the lead qualification process to creating a hub for digital campaign creation, automation is all about simplifying a business world that is growing far too complex, much too quickly.
In Conversation with Mr. Abhishek Joshi – Co-founder at Cronberry, a cloud-based marketing automation software for customer engagement and lead management, we further discussed the Martech potential and their roadmap for the future.
What is Cronberry?
Cronberry through its powerful segmentation and engagement strategies, helps businesses make their online marketing relevant by sending personalized messages to the right person, at the right time, using the right channel(i.e. Email, SMS, Push, and In-app Notifications). For users, that means tailored messaging and a unique online experience. And for business, it means the power to rise above the promotional noise and get better results than ever.
What are the expansion plans of Cronberry in the next few quarters?
As 2022 is almost on cards, we plan to expand beyond the Indian territory over to South East Asia, as well as the Middle East. our aim for the future, along with international expansion, includes a target of an additional thousand plus customers, and a revenue of at least ten crores.
Any recent developments?
Digital catalogs and landing pages are the recent very important features developed keeping SMB’s in mind & we are getting superb responses for them as well. These features help any business owner to make their presence known in the digital arena with a complete ‘No Code’ approach.
Current number of Customers base
Fully Operational from December 2020, and despite another 3 months lockdown due to Covid-19 this year, we already have a customer base of over two hundred and fifty small and medium businesses PAN India.
Currently being bootstrapped, we plan to start an external funding exercise from December 2021.
He further adds “As per industry estimates, over 60% of marketing leaders the world over are now using at least one marketing automation platform. MarTech, which has been adopted in a big way in India, is expected to grow at a CAGR of 44% for the next five years. Today marketers are in a mad race to give their customers an excellent ‘Online / Offline experience’ and not just manage the ‘relationship’. In the Next 3 years, major SMB’s will shift to this trend in India to leverage from the current notion of digital wave”.
