He is extremely passionate about solving enterprise-related problems and has over a decade’s experience in the mobile enterprise space. He is a commerce graduate with a post-graduate diploma from Symbiosis.
Entrepreneurial Journey
Before moving on to create Hubbler, Vinay founded Unicel Technologies, which has been sold to a US-based MNC, mGage India, in 2015?
The idea for Hubbler
Vinay started Unicel Technologies in 2003, as an entrepreneur, Vinay had to maneuver his way through the challenges and chaos that growing companies usually face.
He had built cutting-edge tech solutions for his customers. This allowed him to deliver a delightful customer experience.
However, his internal team was still using excel spreadsheets, emails, and texts to get work done. Owing to this, their workflow was scattered across platforms. Despite his team’s extremely methodical approach to work, there was chaos and confusion. As he scaled his business, the chaos and confusion scaled along with it.
The need for the hour was workflow digitization – to create a single digital workflow that could contain and control his company’s end-to-end process.
Vinay tried a host of off-the-shelf tools and apps – but they were too generic. They could not fit into his unique process and solve his unique problem.
He tried to outsource the building of custom tools for his organization – but even the best software companies had very slow turn-around-times. It took almost 2 years for a leading software firm to build an internal app for his company.
While exiting the business, Vinay realized that companies needed a faster and better way to build apps and digitize their internal processes. They needed a platform that would let them build powerful internal tools and solutions at a rapid pace. He took up the challenge to solve this problem by using technology and innovation.
This led to him founding Hubbler in 2016, a futuristic platform that gives companies a no-code interface to build powerful apps and solutions for their internal processes.
The platform is easy to use, and lets companies quickly add features, modify their workflows and evolve along with the changing needs of their customers.
In short, instead of buying solutions that are built for everyone – Hubbler lets you build a customized Digital workflow that adapts to your organization’s problems and processes.
The importance of entrepreneurship today
Vinay believes that entrepreneurship is the primary need of any growing economy or country. As the entire world dips deeper into technology, the rate of jobs disappearing will only triple. He sees entrepreneurship as the only way to create more jobs and help the economy grow. He is a pioneering and result-driven leader at the helm, determined to achieve brilliant results in highly cut-throat environments. He is extremely motivated and has all the significant core values in place.
