MSI will unveil the Titan GT77 HX 13V notebook

MSI announced that the next-generation Titan GT77 HX 13V will be the first laptop to feature a 4K@144Hz Mini LED display, a step further from the previous generation’s 4K@120Hz panel, the strongest laptop display to date. The new products will be officially released at next week’s CES 2023 show and will bring more exclusive features.

The 4K@144Hz Mini LED display used in the Titan GT77 HX 13V uses AUO AMOLED Mini LED technology, measures 17.3 inches, displays a 16:9 display ratio, has 1008 backlight zones, a peak brightness of 1000 nits, a response time of 3ms, a DCI-P3 color gamut of 100%, is VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certified, and supports MSI’s exclusive True Color technology.

MSI said that the display is 2.5 times brighter than ordinary LCD, has an ultra-bright backlight, a wide enough color gamut, and can accurately and dynamically adjust the image in real-time through exclusive AmLED adaptive control technology, and also has good HDR performance to ensure an immersive experience in games or streaming media to meet the needs of immersive gaming or entertainment.

Externally, the Titan GT77 HX 13V is very similar to the previous generation, and some speculate that it may just be a replacement of the screen and internal components. The Titan GT77 HX 13V will be powered by Intel’s 13th generation Core HX series processor, with up to 24 cores, and it is rumored that it will also use the Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 series mobile graphics card, which may be the flagship RTX 4090, bringing the strongest performance combination for mobile platforms. In addition, the Titan GT77 HX 13V supports Wi-Fi 6E wireless network connection and is equipped with a mechanical keyboard.
